Customers are welcome to return their goods for an exchange or refund within 28 days. The goods must be unworn in the condition they were received, with the original packaging and labels.
A refund will be processed once the goods are returned in a satisfactory condition.
Faulty goods must be returned to us for inspection and if the fault is valid then we will refund your return postage costs. We will refund or replace depending on your wishes.
Refunds are not offered on goods purchased in store. We are happy to exchange or credit on goods returned within 28 days. This does not affect your statutory rights.
