Returns
Warwick Sports Online must be informed immediately upon receipt of goods
if they arrive damaged. Unused merchandise, in its original packaging may
be returned within 21 days of receipt. A levy of 30% will be charged for
goods not returned in their original packaging.
Goods that have been used cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are
defective, in which case they will be covered by the manufacturer warranty.
All refunds must be supported by the original sales documents.
Goods returned from outside the EC must be clearly marked “MAIL ORDER
GOODS FOR EXCHANGE _ NO DUTY” on the packaging.
Proof of posting is not proof of receipt – please use a suitable insured courier
– the goods belong to you until we receive them. Please do not send back
without contact details and your instructions.
We won't charge postage for replacement items, but we aren't able to refund
your return postage charges, unless arranged, or if the return is because of
an error by Warwick Sports Online.
We will credit your account on receipt of goods. |
